A very good morning to you all! 👋
We’re pleased to announce that we’re looking for an apprentice to join our team here at the butchery! 🥩
Duchy College are running the apprenticeship course at Stoke Climsland one day a week, with the rest of the working week spent here at the shop.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team, while learning about and working with the very best local meat, cheese and produce imaginable. 🧀🥩
So, if you’ve got an interest in the food industry and fancy building a career in our lovely little shop, we’d love to hear from you!

This weekend it’s Father’s Day so we’ve put on a couple of offers and as always we’ll have a packed displays of the very finest meats,cheeses and more for you treat your old man to!

New in this weekend is a full complement of Tracklements sauces,chutneys and preserves. We also have a nearly full range of BBQ meat rubs from Angus & Oink that have been extremely popular.

This week we have been busy preparing some incredible local meat ready for your Easter feast!

From our fresh meat counter we have a lovely selection of local lamb,beef,pork and poultry to choose from including bone in/boneless legs of Cornish lamb,boneless turkey crowns (with or without streaky bacon) 2kg rolls Boxeater beef, Local free range ducks and chickens and of course all the trimmings. We’re even going to knock up some pigs in blankets as requested!

Freshly baked pasties are still available this weekend too. Nice and easy to just pull up outside and grab one.

As a special thank you to all our customers old and new we will be giving away an exclusive Oughs Butchers branded tote bag with every purchase this weekend. You’re all going to look some smart round the high street with one of these!
