Designed to be eaten as a young cheese, Cornish Blue is a very different product from traditional English blue cheeses such as Stilton or Dorset Blue.It has a mild and creamy taste, unlike most blue cheeses and is hand made on our dairy farm in Cornwall, from our own cows milk. We have just recently diversified and started to make a goats blue cheese - Cornish Nanny - using the same recipe as Corn

First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who visited us at the Royal Cornwall Show on Thursday and Friday.

It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces, meet new people, share our cheeses, and celebrate the very best of Cornish food and drink together. Despite the challenging weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the show and are incredibly grateful for all your support.

Although Saturday's event was unfortunately cancelled, we'd like to make sure everyone still has the chance to enjoy a little taste of the Royal Cornwall Show from home.
