Hello everyone!

Sorry for the radio silence, a lot has been going on behind the scenes. Firstly, there was an initial pause as unfortunately the prep kitchen I had lined up fell through. Then, sadly there was a close family loss.

However, I do bring some good news. I found a new prep kitchen and I’ll begin work on it in the very near future.
