🥚🍳🐓 We have had an unannounced food hygiene inspection with Rochdale Councils Environmental Inspector for our egg production & butchery cabin & we are very proud to say we have once again obtained a VERY GOOD 5 rating for compliance in food hygiene, safety procedures, structural & record keeping,cleaning & management procedures.

Amazing XXL duck eggs, with the most yellow creamy yolk, great for baking, omelettes, Scrambled ( Carters favourite) or just poached !
