Tender, slow-cook lamb shoulder portions in a delicious mint marinade. Simply pop them in the oven or slow cooker and cook low and slow until the meat falls off the bone. A Lamb Henry is traditionally cut from the shoulder and is known for its rich flavour and succulent texture.
