🌑 WHIRO HARVEST 🌑 [EGGERS HOPS COLLAB]

An 8% Hyper Hopped Ale collab with our friends at Eggers Hops, featuring two expressive New Zealand hops.

The star of the show is Nelson Sauvin New Moon Harvest, bringing huge white grape, gooseberry and zesty lime, layered with fresh citrus and ripe tropical fruit. The New Moon Harvest brings an extra level of freshness, brightness and intensity.

Then there’s Eggers Special, adding even more tropical and citrus character, with passion fruit, grapefruit, lime and ripe mango, alongside subtle savoury, spicy and dank notes.

🧬 YAMANAKA FACTORS 🧬

A juicy 5.2% DDH Pale Ale bringing together Citra and Tropical Fusion for a big mix of citrus and tropical fruit.

Citra delivers its signature citrus punch, while Tropical Fusion brings ripe mango, passionfruit, pineapple and more juicy tropical character.

Expect bright citrus, layers of tropical fruit and a refreshing bitterness, with plenty of hop aroma to tie it all together.

🐍 SOLID SNAKE vs LIQUID SNAKE 🐍

Two b**rs. Same style. Same 6.2%. Same hops.

So what's the difference? 👀

Both brewed with Krush & Nelson Sauvin, Solid Snake and Liquid Snake are the result of a little brewing experiment we've been working on.

There’s one key difference in the brewing process... but we're keeping that classified for now. 🤫

The idea? Take the same b**r on paper, change one part of the process, and see where it takes us.

The only way to really find out is to put them side by side. 🐍🐍

🇺🇸 AZVEX GOES STATESIDE 🇺🇸

We’ve just got back from a pretty massive trip across the US, visiting some incredible breweries 🍻, heading out for hop selection 🌿, meeting some brilliant people 🤝 and, naturally, drinking lots of good b**r. 🍺

From brewery tours and collab 👀 planning to talking hops, swapping ideas and getting a look at what’s happening on the other side of the Atlantic 🌎, we packed a lot into the trip and came home with plenty of inspiration. 💡

A 6.2% IPA packed with NZ Cascade, El Dorado and Citra. 🌴🍊

Notes of tropical fruit, citrus and juicy stone fruit, with grapefruit, orange, mango and ripe peach over a soft, rounded bitterness.

Juicy, aromatic and loaded with hop character.
