A beautiful buffet in the heart of Liverpool! 🍽️

Another lovely event for the Wild Truffle Catering team, this time at the Royal Institution Bar in Liverpool city centre. ❤️

We put together a beautifully presented buffet with a delicious mix of sweet and savoury favourites.

✨ Two NEW additions to our luxury buffet menu! 🍐🥗

We’ve been busy in the Wild Truffle kitchen creating some fresh new dishes, and we couldn’t wait to share these two with you! 😍

🧀 Burrata & Beetroot Salad
Creamy burrata paired with earthy beetroot, fresh leaves, juicy berries and a rich balsamic glaze. A beautiful combination of flavours, colours and textures.

🍐 Honey-Glazed Roasted Pears
Sweet roasted pears topped with fresh raspberries, blueberries, feta cheese and mint leaves, finished with a delicate honey glaze.

Both dishes are designed to bring something a little different to our luxury buffets — fresh ingredients, bold flavours and presentation that looks just as good as it tastes.
