Today we are in beautiful Liverpool at the LABL Vegan Christmas fair and have brought some new creations with us to start up the Holiday season - wonderfully decadent vegan truffles!

What a lovely Sunday, blue sky nice and crisp temperature outside just perfect for a walk with the dog... Sunday is also typical the day we try out new recipe's.

So today we have created these fantastic marzipan treats. Its marzipan with vegan bailey, a really nice soft German nougat between the layers of marzipan... Only problem is that we can not decide, should we have the covered in coco powder with a little bit of cinnamon or just leave them as they are...

Please help us decide.... What do you think we should do?

It’s a gorgeous day for a trip to Coventry to see us at the vegan fair - we brought our famous beer cheeze and sauerkraut rolls - and if you have a sweet tooth come and pick up some Christmas biscuits (that come in very beautiful tins)!
