High Protein Low Calorie Chicken Chow Mein ๐
For under 500 calories per serving and 48g of protein!!
Recipe serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 400g diced chicken breast
- 2 packs of UK medium noodles
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tsp ginger powder or puree
- 200g bean sprouts
- 3 spring onions sliced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 2x cloves garlic diced
- MSG (or S&P seasoning)
