Following nurse training I developed and interest in health and well being. I've always been a bit of a `foody` After dedicating my life to bringing up my children, I then went to university late in life and studied public health and majored in Nutrition and gained BA Hons. I married this with working for the NHS as a lifestyle and weight management advisor. I believe the obesity epidemic we are s

eeing in this country is all down to sugar addition and addiction to additives in the food readily available to us all today. I do not advocate faddy diets in anyway and believe juicing and clean detox foods, along with help with re-education on nutrition, can only help people to take back their lives and stop the yo yo diets. To make our juices smoothies and soups, we only use the finest ingredients and when in season our own organically produced fruit and vegetables. Description..... Jo`s juice specialises in creating natural, healthy and tasty juices, smoothies and soups, delivered daily straight to your doorstep. We are dedicated to helping our customers improve their health and wellbeing through our detoxification programmes. Over time through our eating habits and lifestyle, our bodies develop a build-up of toxins which cause us to feel sluggish, demotivated, tired and suffer with congested skin. Our own body can indeed detox itself. However, bad diet and lifestyle puts a strain on those resources. Why not give your body a rest, hold back on the demand to digest solid food and help it to detox itself naturally? At the moment we offer a three day detox programme. Within that programme, we offer a daily delivery of 2 juices one smoothie and one soup. All of these are freshly prepared. To achieve the best possible results for our juices and smoothies, all of our ingredients are extracted from fresh fruit and vegetables using a masticating juicer. This has many more benefits compared to traditional juicers. Traditional juices heat up the ingredients causing oxidisation to the very nutrients and enzymes that people are hoping to extract. Jo’s juices detoxes will be back and delivering to your door. Our first deliveries will be on Monday 6th September. Just in time to coincide with the new school year. After a tiring Summer taking care of the kids. It’s time to kick start the start of looking after you.
A 3 day detox with new recipe juice and soups will be £52 with a 5 day £79.
The new menu will be posted next week. It going to be amazing!!
