Welsh Horse Mountain Rides are much more than Pony Trekking. Riders regularly leave us saying they have never experienced riding like it. If you have been trekking before you will be surprised at how different our rides are. All our horses are trained Cavalry horses, they are forward going, well behaved and sociable. Our horses are beautiful, fit and sure footed welsh cobs or cob crosses who will

guide you across a vast terrain of hills, forestry and mountains. During the ride you will have almost unlimited chances to canter and gallop or even jump and pop some ditches. We offer two rides one over the mountain and one through forestry. They both have there own unique advantages. If you choose the mountain ride you have the chance to swim in the reservoir with your horse, a truly magical experience. If you choose the forestry ride you have a chance to jump over a varied amount of small jumps or even a boulder! All rides include lunch and alcohol or soft drinks.
