The Welsh Farm The Welsh Farm, Efailfach, is a 190 acre hill farm in remote Mid Wales.

Today we attended our first farmers market to sell our organic pasture fed beef. It has been our goal to provide quality local food to our community, with a thriving landscape and herd at its core, and today was a big step forward on that path!
We appreciated every hello, every smile, every conversation, and were heaterned that so many care about land, farming and food.

Part of the Tywi river system rises here, used to be prime salmon and sewin spawning area, but no longer, we are aiming to make it as accessible to all fish species as possible, as land managers we know there is no real boundary between the terrestrial and freshwater habitats here!
