These little guys have almost doubled in size already!

They can't quite work out how to eat the big round green thing yet....

It appears that the website has not been offering you sausages when you order your turkey. How rude!

At turkey collection time, we will have both packs of sausages, and sausagemeat in tubes to make fabulous stuffing.

if you've already ordered your turkey, and would like to add sausages/sausagemeat, just send us a message - email, facebook messenger, and carrier pigeon all accepted!

If you haven't got round to ordering yet, turkeys and sausages can be reserved here: https://www.argaecottage.co.uk/christmas-turkeys

Calf vaccines, and pregnancy diagnosis for the cows today.

All cows confirmed pregnant - hooray!

(Although Dave, the bull has been telling us that for the last 2 months, by stomping around the field yelling "I'm bored" at the top of his voice, and singing love songs to any cows in season on other farms within a 10 mile radius!)

**Update - All reserved now. You lovely lot do not hang about!**

Celebratory Family Feast Pork Joints!

I've just collected this weeks' pork from the butcher, and we have some fabulous, extra large leg joints.

Perfect for a family gathering - would freeze well for Christmas (assuming you're not ordering an Argae Cottage turkey for the big day! 😉)

These are a little larger than we'd normally include in our pork boxes, so they are available separately, at the special price of £30 each.

As with all the pork we sell - these joints are from our own free range Gloucester Old Spot Pigs, born and raised right here on the farm, scoffing apples, grass and other natural goodies.
Joints are bone in, skin scored for the perfect crispy crackling.

If you have a pork box to collect this weekend, we can swap/add one of these beauties if you like - just let us know ASAP.

Message us to reserve one - First Come, First Served!
