Happy Father’s Day from all of us here at Aldi. 🎉 Our stores are fully stocked with some amazing dads, so here are a few stories we wanted to share to celebrate.
💛 Emily, Andy and Mel 💛
After amazing Aldi experiences, Emily and Mel encouraged their dad, Andy, to take the leap after he was made redundant. Andy has always supported them to be independent, and it's been great that they've been able to cheer him on to join them too.
🧡 Neil and Emma 🧡
As long as she can remember, Emma’s dad Neil has always been a part of . His passion encouraged her to join, with both her role and Neil helping her confidence boom with customers and other colleagues.
❤️ Gareth and Mollie❤️
Gareth has worked for Aldi since Molly was 6, so in 2020 when he encouraged her to join the team, she knew it was a career for life. The one piece of advice her dad always gives her is to be patient and try to do your best.

With her dad and brother already working at Aldi, it was a no brainer for Caitlin when she had the opportunity to join the team. They love their dad's kindness and positivity and we are sure that's what make him a great dad and Aldi colleague too.
