Welcome to Jacob Lewis Trees. Established in 2013 we specialise in pot grown trees. We have a number of variety of trees grown on our farm in Carmarthenshire, including the ever popular Christmas tree the Norway Spruce, the non needle drop Nordmann Fir, beautiful Blue Spruce, Fraser Fir and White Spruce.
We understand the importance of a healthy tree which is why we choose to specialise in pot grown trees, rather than the common potted trees. This subtle difference in wording is important when purchasing a tree. Potted trees are grown in the ground and are pulled out, leaving behind their anchoring roots. This will result in an unhealthy tree when replanted. Pot grown trees spend their lives within the pot they are sold in, with their intact root system. This gives them the best chance when replanting, leading to strong and healthy trees.
We sell our locally grown tree saplings all year round. These contain their full root system as they are plug plants enabling us to provide you with trees all year round. Our saplings have been used to establish many different landscapes and coverage including residential gardens and commercial businesses.
We also provide traditional cut Christmas trees from November every year. Available throughout Carmarthenshire. Find us at Scarlets Car Park B in Llanelli, Winter Wonderland in Carmarthen and at Stevie Bees Nurseries at Stradey Castle in Pwll.
