Based in sunny West Wales, we've been growing, Importing & distributing Organic veg for almost 40 years. With our main emphasis on local growers and seasonality, we keep a wide range of veg and fruit in stock at all times, and offer wholefoods, dairy, meat and vegan alternatives too. We offer a mainly bespoke organic vegetable box delivery service in south Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and West Carmar

Before the rain yesterday Chris and Joe planted the courgettes and made a start on the squashes. It felt good to see the first real field crops of the year get in to the ground, and whilst the rest of the team packed boxes and manned the shop, and met our new trainee grower (!), it was so nice to see one of those yearly cycles begin again.

So excited to now be stocking seeds in the shop! I loved unpacking the post this morning- we tried to get a little bit of everything- lots of peas because no one can ever have enough peas and beans! So hopefully you can now fill your gardens and allotments with Welsh grown seeds to thrive and provide ❤️

We’re back! After a short break after the closure of .wales we’ve found a new wonderful place to host our veg ( and dairy/wholefoods/alternatives!) boxes! Thanks to Chris and the amazing team you can now order on our website before 9am on Tuesday for delivery Thursday in the Deli!

We’re so happy to be back and to be dropping at the Flynn’s too- any excuse to stock up on gorgeous local cheese and wine! 🧀🍷any questions drop us an email ❤️🌱

Weather update: We have plenty of snow still- we are packing boxes and wholesale orders all day so technically the shop is open- but without a 4x4 the roads around us really aren’t safe. So if at all possible please delay your shopping until tomorrow to avoid accidents. We’ll see you in the glorious Welsh rain tomorrow ok?! ❤️

Well, that’s a wrap on the boxes for this year (except those few of you picking up tomorrow!)
What an overwhelming two weeks it’s been- in the very best of ways. Thank you, thank you, thank you for choosing us this week and each week this year- it means the world to us to be able to send our veggies into your homes each week. ❤️

We are still open and stocked with loads of Christmas essentials for the next two days ( until 1pm on Christmas Eve when I’m clocking off with a large G&T in hand!) come in and have a complimentary mince pie!

What a year for British veg. As we unpacked pallet upon pallet this morning for Christmas week ( our biggest week of the year) I was so grateful to be unpacking more UK and local pallets than we ever have before.

This year we’ve been inundated with gorgeous, really high quality local produce. We’ve bought in from numerous new UK suppliers, we’ve had an entire 12 months on UK apples ( thanks in large part to the wonderful teams and Priors Grove), we’ve been able to support new and up and coming Organic growers, we’ve sent amazing Welsh produce into restaurants and farm shops and wholefoods shops and box schemes across Wales and the UK.

I’m so thankful for all your support that we’re able to do these great things for Welsh veg, for UK veg, for organic and regenerative produce.
And I’m grateful for a team who turn up at 6am and work so hard with smiles on their faces, who’ve supported me through this bonkers year, and who are just as excited for the next box, next seasonal special, next polytunnel crop as I am.

Here’s to veg- obsessed weirdos everywhere! 🙏
