Yesterday evening stayed dry and we celebrated with delicious food and friends 😊
Everything you see on the table was bought from Great Oak Foods* - amazing cheeses, local salads, asparagus from the borders, roasted organic peppers, sliced avocado and special red wines… we can offer advice and help you choose your wines and cheese if you fancy your own special evening with friends ❤️
*except the best salted almonds - which we bought at the fish deli!

We know you love Andy’s Bread, so how would you like to work with them?

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable person to join the team on an initial contract until mid-September.

You'll be working Tuesday to Friday, approximately 10am–1pm, keeping on top of cleaning throughout the day, pot washing, and taking care of whatever jobs are needed to keep the bakery in pristine condition. You'll also need to be available to work occasional Saturday mornings.

For the right person, there's potential for extra hours covering holiday shifts, and the role could grow in responsibility as we go. A food hygiene certificate would be ideal, though not essential — we're happy to support the right candidate in getting one.
