Preparing for a busy Bank Holiday Fresh Beef Weekend! Thankyou to everyone for your reserved orders.
We are totally sold out of Brisket, Sirloins and Rib-Eyes, how I wish there were more of these on each beastie and lets not mention ox-tail! On second thoughts, it's worth mentioning though because this is the difference between buying meat from one beef animal rather than a wholesale depot who will have every cut imaginable.
The real difference though?
You know exactly where your meat has come from right down to the ear tag number being the batch number on the label.
If you are looking for true provenance on the meat you eat we could be the farm supplier for you. We've been doing this retailing around 15yrs now and the Herd itself was started by my late mother over 40yrs ago.
100% grassfed beef, 100% family reared, we don't buy in meat or livestock from anyone else, we know the full story of the meat we sell and won't compromise on that.

The first Feast & Fire Night of the summer! We can`t wait!
A chance to relax and unwind, take the lanes to the farm, bring your own favourite drinks, relax, enjoy the views and watch Chef Tony cooking your dinner. Enjoy Pasture Perfect Beef slowly cooked over the fire and served with buttery potatoes and at least two kinds of veg which we haven`t decided on yet! Dessert will include Gelato 44 artisan local gelato in a flavour to compliment.
If you haven`t joined us for Feast & Fire before this is a great way to start the summer, with food as it should be. Local and cooked with care and attention.
Hopefully the weather will be kind and afterwards we can while away the night around the fire whilst the stars pop out and if it`s raining, don`t worry, we have that in hand.
This is an evening to celebrate real food, our Pasture Perfect fire cooked beef, in the very place it was produced, watching the sun set with good company to enjoy and relax.

The next batch of our 100% grassfed Pasture Perfect Beef will be available the weekend of 16th/17th May.
We only retail our own meat and do not sell for other people.
This means that all our livestock has been born and raised here on the farm, transported 50mins by ourselves for processing and using Tregaron abattoir as we have done for nearly 20yrs.
Our beef is matured for 28 to 32days and vac packed and labelled ready for your freezer.

Delivery is free over £30 and within an hours drive of the farmgate.
