“Just when it felt like everything was over…
my story changed. 🙏

By SS2, the sickness disappeared.
I found my focus again.

The same girl that was once struggling…
started showing up among the best.
Top 5… sometimes Top 3… and sometimes, even more.

Then I realized something—
I was never dull… I was just distracted by my battles.

I was surrounded by brilliant minds,
and instead of feeling intimidated… I grew.

Before I knew it—
I became the overall best in Physics during mock exams. 🥹

No extra lessons.
No special treatment.
Just consistency, determination, and God.

I wrote my exams once—
WAEC and NECO—
and I passed everything.

Looking back now…
I can boldly say:

“School passed through me… and I passed through school.”

From sickness… to strength.
From doubt… to confidence.
From almost giving up… to becoming proud of my journey.

And yes… along the way, life even surprised me—
I became Miss Lejja 1st Runner-Up 💃🏽.

Today, I stand tall and grateful.
Because everything I went through… built me.

If you’re in a hard place right now—
please don’t give up.

Most Gen Z marriages are not failing because of “bad luck”… they’re failing because nobody taught most Genz HOW to love properly. 💔

We grew up on social media, movies, and vibes — not real relationship skills.

So what happens?

We enter marriage thinking:
“Love is enough.”
“It will just work out.”
“They should understand me without me saying it.”

But real life hits different.

Now small issues become big fights.
Communication turns into silence.
Expectations turn into disappointment.

And slowly… love starts to feel like pressure instead of peace.

Here’s the truth nobody says:
Marriage is not just about feelings.
It’s about SKILLS.

• Knowing how to communicate without attacking
• Knowing how to listen without getting defensive
• Knowing how to stay committed even when it’s not “exciting”

Most Gen Z couples were never taught this.
So we’re learning inside the relationship… while trying not to break it.

And that’s hard.

But failure is not because we’re weak.
It’s because we’re unprepared.

The good news?
Skills can be learned.

The question is — are we willing to learn, or will we keep blaming love?
