True North Nosh is on a mission to introduce Britain to some of Canada's favourite comfort dishes... which surprisingly don't involve guzzling maple syrup from the bottle! We serve up properly-made Poutine: thick cut twice-cooked chips, melted cheese curds and hot gravy; topped with maple cider Pulled-Pork or teriyaki-bbq Venison. If Poutine's not your thing, try our delicious dumplings (Perogies)

filled with potato and mature cheddar, or perfectly seasoned meat. Top that with maple-cured bacon and creme fraiche and you're in for a treat as lovely as the winter is long.
