Trying to bottle how something tastes and feels on camera is, it turns out, a slightly maddening exercise. But watching it all come together and then seeing you welcome it in has been rather lovely.

Meet Mid. Two new wines, 6.5% ABV, and a whole new way to drink better.

Doré is a golden Chardonnay with bright acidity and rounded fruit. Boisé is a Tempranillo with quiet depth and gentle structure. Both are made for long lunches, midweek dinners, and occasions where flavour matters but excess doesn’t.

This isn’t about drinking less. It’s about balance with intent.
