Happy Diwali…

Wishing each and every one of you a Happy Diwali. The festival of lights brings so many of us together and gives us time to reflect on the year gone.

The last year has been an year of a lot of patience, a lot of learning and taking each day as it comes.

Very grateful that my mum has recovered so well from breast cancer. As a family it has given us so much more to be grateful for and continue making more memories!

Colours…

With Diwali almost here, we have hand painted these bright colours into the moulds. These are awaiting to be shelled with chocolate before being filled with soft ganaches.

Painting and colours has always been close to me and I’m hoping I get back to painting on canvas soon too. Seeing lots of colours at a festival on my recent trip to Bhutan have reignited the need to paint, not just on chocolates but also on canvas.
