The Pateru Nagashi Series showcases the beauty of traditional Japanese knife making, combining striking design with dependable everyday performance. Each blade is forged from 69-layer Damascus steel with a VG10 core, delivering excellent edge retention, durability and a keen cutting edge that is well suited to both professional and home kitchens.
Every knife is fitted with a beautifully finished birch wood handle, complete with a decorative mosaic pin that adds a refined finishing touch while providing a comfortable, balanced grip.
Crafted in Seki, Japan, a city renowned for its centuries-old blade-making heritage, each knife is hand processed to ensure careful attention to detail throughout the finishing stages. The collection includes a 165mm Santoku, 180mm Gyuto, 210mm Gyuto, and 135mm Petty, offering the right knife for everything from fine preparation work to larger slicing and chopping tasks.
With its flowing Damascus pattern, elegant natural wood handle and thoughtful craftsmanship, the Pateru Nagashi Series stands out as a distinctive collection that brings together traditional Japanese techniques and modern performance.
