To be a truly #CircularEconomy, we have to think of all natural resources as being permanently in use. We need to completely and dynamically change the value of waste and if we do that we will change people’s perception of waste.

The current pandemic has exposed that need for change with stunning clarity. Business simply cannot go back to usual. Our luxury fashion industry, to give just one example, is going to be adversely affected because it was never structured for resilience. It was built to make profit, and supply chains will be the ones to suffer. Coronavirus, however, is a mere hiccup compared to climate change.

If we’re going to survive that, we have to profoundly change people’s relationship with the natural environment and how they consume. We have to see the economy as a subsidiary of the environment. We need to understand that the natural world is something we’re very much a part of and have to participate in, rather than something we dominate, own and control.

It's Day 6 and we've now delivered almost 2,000 meals! We can't quite believe it....Our amazing cycle couriers are now dropping off 420 meal portions a day (Mon-Fri) cooked by the awesome team at Angelina Restaurant to over 160 individual households and bulk drops to community orgs and homeless shelters 👉 Round Chapel Old School Rooms, Shuttleworth Hostel, St Mungo's, and Age UK.
We’d like to give a special shout out today to our friends at First Aid Safety Ltd who, in the space of 24 hours produced a safe food handlers video for us to use with our team when out and about on deliveries.
