We got your Christmas Kold sorted.
Our naturally fermented, bright red, hot pepper sauce is back in stock.
Batch 50 is a wildly tastly drop of our original and classic hot pepper sauce. Coming in at a 7/10 in heat and packing all that fermented big funky flavour. This is our last drop for the next few months at least! We will ship week commencing the 8th of December in time for the big day!
So, this is it, Batch 50, the last ever drop of Kold Sauce as we know it... Its been one hell of a ride! Thank you for all the love and support along the way. Fear not, this isn’t goodbye forever, we’re stepping into 2026 with an aim to bring Kold Sauce to the world. Until then, production will be on hold. So it’s last call for Kold ones. And let me tell you this batch is one the best of all time.

Hi guys we are dropping our last ever batch of Kold Sauce!!! Well until we figure out Kold 2.0. So last call for Kold ones for the next few months. We will be dropping batch 50.. big number for a long and crazy run of London’s finest hot pepper sauce. This batch, we put everything into making it special. Monday morning drop.. until it’s gone. Everything shipping by the 15th. Well in time for your Christmas and holidays gifts. Just want to say this has been tremendously fun. Thank you so much for your support. Excited to see what’s next. Everyday a school day. Still learning, still tasting, still know close to nothing. Guess that’s the good part. New Kold Sauce flavours coming out of our brains soon. Big ❤️🥶

Batch 48 is now online. Kold Sauce original is up.
This batch caught us by surprise coming in with a bit more a kic than usual. The acidic note also so upfront and prominent with almost a citrusy flavour. It’s these differences in the batches that I love. Imperfections that lead to unique flavour. This one a goody. Limited drop while supplies last. ❤️🥶

Batch 47 shipping out this week.
If you missed the Kold this time worry not, we have more flakes and another batch of Kold dropping next week.
Our Kold Flakes = labour of love. We extract the pulp from the fermented sauce and dehydrate it down over 24 hours sometimes more. The pulp is a mix of habanero, cayenne and Birds Eye with garlic and salt fermented for 8 weeks. So these are not only a zero waste initiative they are quite simply the most elite flakes money can buy. Good to crumble on everything.
I just wish we could make more of em! Pictured are the wet flakes before they hit the dehydrator.

Warning inappropriate footwear is not recommended or condoned in the pepper palace.. that said we have the best of summer’s peppers finishing up on a 8 week ferment. Ready to bottle and be sold. It’s a big batch.. it really really nice. Will lock in date soon. Been too long!
