I had a brilliant time at Electrolux Professionals UK & Ireland in Luton to test out their combi ovens and their blast chiller.

While I was there we did a test of cooking wings in different ways, and I was delighted that they were able to try out my wings!

A fantastic experience!

What an incredible day - I spent over 3 hours at the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering event at the Excel in London, which was so much fun!

It was a really great opportunity to see what’s out there and the latest innovations, and make some new connections. Stay tuned as I share some of my highlights!
