Calling all parents with tiny ones!

We're hosting a monthly parent, baby and pram friendly gathering at the end of each month at aspen & meursault.

This is the perfect place for new parents and their babies to spend an afternoon, with a dedicated, safe and comfortable space for you to mingle with other parents, while enjoying a glass of pet nat sparkling wine and light brunchy nibbles.

Calling all parents with tiny ones!

We're hosting a monthly parent, baby and pram friendly gathering on the last Sunday of each month at aspen & meursault.

Our somm Tetiana showing off something a little different with the Shabo ''Sherry''.

The stand out difference between this wine and a traditional sherry, are that it is not produced in Jerez, Spain, but in Odessa, Ukraine, and not from Palomino grapes but a blend of Telti-Kuruk and Aligoté grapes.

The rest however, stays true to the traditions of this special wine production.

The Sherry undergoes a meticulous fortification and ageing process.
After fermentation, the wine is carefully separated from the yeast sediment, processed, and blended with wine material aged for at least one year. It is then fortified using premium-quality wheat alcohol.
In the cellar, barrels are arranged in the ancient Spanish solera system.
The sherry ageing process spans a minimum of 1.5 years.
