We've spent the past year increasingly working with fresh seasonal ingredients, making menu changes each season to reflect this.

This summer we've made great use of classic summer strawberries, which we've pickled to serve up with some of our dishes including this flavour sensation of a salad.

Pickled strawberries and English goats cheese in a rocket and cress salad with roasted walnuts, drizzled in a strawberry oil dressing.
