Orange Wine reaches summit ! Once again Jeff Carrel finds the perfect balance for this "orange" Grenache Gris, between an aromatic nose of dry fruits and spices, and a smooth and fresh palate with candied citrus scents.
An easy approach to the orange wine type, born from the maceration of the juice on the Grenache Gris skins and an ageing in old barriques with no top up between 18 to 40 months.
Try it very fresh on hard cheese, cured ham or thai cuisine!

Domus Vini your one stop shop from Italy!

5 generations ago the Vedovato family was specialised in the cleansing of the big wooden barrels, removing tartrate and tannins from them and recycling the depot. Doing so they wove strong relations with numerous growers in many part of Italy and started trading wines too.

Now along with their own production from Veneto and Friuli, they are also able to propose wines from Tuscany or south of Italy, a real asset for importers around the world.
