THIS is the big news !!!
I have finally got together the money for our annual £1 000 donation to charity-
Medecins sans Frontiers- Doctors Without Borders.
Thanks to all of you who support us in any way, but especially to those who give us food, that helps us to be able to give this money.

In the coming year, expect to see more ideas, recipes, mistakes, animals, scrounging, penny-pinching, singing, travelling, and Bonkers Bars !!!

Whilst wood fires are not great for the environment, teaching people to have controlled, safe fires is still important. We limit the number of fires we have, how big they are and how long they last.
Tonight only one can of cider and one bar of chocolate as we battled to have our fire in the rain !
