We've all seen the weather forecast for the week ahead...🌞🌞🌞🌞 Sunshine and sky-high temperatures have got us craving smoothie bowls...
Especially these tropical ones made by our friend Melissa .wellthy, featuring our Kefir. 🥥🍍🌴🥭🍌 Why not give the recipe a whirl this Bank Hol?
Ingredients:
2 small bananas
1/2 cup coconut kefir
1 cup frozen mango
Pinch of vanilla bean powder
½ cup of cashew milk
Toppings:
Sliced banana
Fresh raspberries
Passion fruit
Granola
1 spoon nut butter
H**p seeds
Fresh mint
Method:
1. Add the bananas, coconut kefir, frozen mango, vanilla bean powder and a splash of cashew milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little more cashew milk if needed to loosen the texture.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana, fresh raspberries, passion fruit, granola, a spoonful of nut butter, h**p seeds and fresh mint.
