🎩 Hats off to , your frozen croissant wins on flavour and flakiness hands down!

🤔 We think Breakfast Drop wins on smell and flavour over the others but this experiment has confirmed that entering into direct competition at this price point would be tough!

👩🏼‍🍳I’ve had a two week break from making croissants!! Pleased to report that I haven’t forgotten and it is still very satisfying!

🍫Straight back in with experimenting: a pistachio creme patisserie and chocolate swirl. Unfortunately half an hour spent skinning pistachios was a complete waste of time because you can’t taste them 😂

📚This book has been on my self for too long! Thank you for reminding me about it, the perfect book for me at the moment as I think about taking Breakfast Drop frozen croissants forward.

Some other books that have changed my career (bold but true):
📘 Radical Candor by Kim Scott changed the way I thought about feedback
📕The Advantage by Patrick Lenconi was my introduction to the importance of trusting your team and clarity
📒Four disciples of Ex*****on by Sean Covey overhauled the way I set targets.
