CLEAR VEGETABLE SOUP "MY WAY" (MUST TRY)

Cooking process - food recycling Day 1:
I lightly boiled the kale (otherwise I would have blanched it, as I always do with Swiss chard quickly stewed with potatoes in garlic and olive oil, which I use as a side dish for fried fish).
This time I intentionally left the water with some of the kale as a base for tomorrow's vegetable soup. I also added water in which I cooked the potatoes in pieces.
For the first time in my life, I used the oil in which I fried the salmon trout to season the potatoes, so I simply shook the boiled potato cubes into a pan with oil and shook them a little so that they rolled in the fat. After dinner, I simply shook the rest of the potatoes into the soup attachment for the next day.
