The three teas our customers return to, now gathered in one set. Organic lemon balm, peppermint and nettle — grown at 1,200 metres in Val Poschiavo by Reto Raselli, picked whole and dried slowly.

Lemon balm, soft and citrus-led. Peppermint, bright with a cool finish. Nettle, earthy and grounding.
