Indulging in the vibrant goodness of my Berry Bliss Love Bowl ππβ¨ A symphony of frozen berries, creamy plant-based perfection, and love-inspired toppings.
Ingredients:
Smoothie Base:
β’ 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
β’ 1 ripe banana
β’ 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
β’ 1/2 cup plant-based milk
β’ 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup (optional)
Toppings:
β’ Fresh fruit
β’ Chia seeds
β’ Granola
β’ Nuts
Instructions:
β’ In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, plant-based yogurt, and non-dairy milk.
β’ Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with more non-dairy milk if needed.
β’ Taste the smoothie base and add maple syrup or agave syrup if desired. Blend again to combine.
β’ Pour the smoothie base into your favorite bowls.
β’ Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut fresh strawberries. Halve raspberries for smaller hearts.
β’ Decorate the smoothie bowls with heart-shaped strawberries and raspberries in a creative design.
β’ Add Texture -Β Sprinkle chia seeds, granola, and coconut flakes on top for extra texture and flavor!
