Announcing our new lunchtime market schedule: Tuesdays at Victoria Cardinal Place | Thursdays at Piccadilly St James Church Square | Saturdays still at Ealing Dicken’s Yard. Hopefully also a Wednesday market to add to the mix soon 💫🧑🏽‍🍳

Potjie spreading the love at Regents place yesterday! 💜 Welsh lamb shoulder rubbed with cayenne, paprika, garlic , oregano, rosemary & slowly braised for 12 hours in wine , stock & it's juices! 🍖 Served on a bed of crispy chips & a fragrant Cape Malay curry sauce ( which seems to be hidden underneath the lamb) 👀
Top it off with some sweet or spicy sauces & throw on some garnish to make it look healthy! 😅
A famous chef once told me " whatever makes you smile , is good for you " 😃

Come down to Chelsea Duke of York square tomorrow and brave the beautiful English weather! 🌧️🙄
