Happy Birthday 🎂 and to .dinning

What a journey and FULL RESPECT to Glen. 

When we moved out of London in 2015 no one was anywhere near the levels of food and event that were being put on by the likes of AND . Sounds arrogant. But it's fact 😁

Glen, who must have been about 14 at the time 😉 was inspired by the LNDThing and Blue Collar was born.

I was following the journey stage by stage and loving going to popups with the family. 

It was a couple of years in, when he had built a 2 storey decked, dining area out of scaffolding PLUS a monster bar out of pallets and dumped it in the middle of Forbury Gardens that I first introduced myself. Firstly, I wanted to see his RAMS for the structure (little joke for those in the know) but mainly to say...  "Mate, you've SMASHED IT. This is right up in the big league."

He's never looked back.

Anyone who works in business knows the time, energy, creativity, and effort it takes to pull this off to a high level day after day. 

So thank you Glen for owning your part of the the UK street food story and all your hard work.
