We create shelf-stable South Indian food products for home cooks, caterers, restaurants and professional kitchens. Starting in the UK, our vision is to bring regionally rooted South Indian cooking to kitchens worldwide.

Our chef-built, batch-ready products provide a practical starting point when specialist knowledge, particular ingredients or preparation time are hard to find. You still choose the main ingredient, control the consistency, finish the dish and serve it your way.

Our first Kerala Series brings distinct regional flavour to homes and working kitchens without taking the cook out of the process.

CoChilli started with a love for food and bringing people together.

We’ve had the privilege of being part of so many special occasions across London. We’re truly grateful to everyone who trusted us, supported us and shared those moments with us.

Every event taught us something new, and those lessons have helped us take our next step. CoChilli Pro is a new part of our journey, built from our own recipes and experience in real catering kitchens.

CoChilli Events & Caterers will continue as before. CoChilli Pro is simply the next chapter in our story.

A beautiful evening celebrating Joe’s 70th birthday surrounded by family, friends, great conversations, and authentic Kerala flavours in a stunning garden setting. From crispy starters to our signature mutton dum biryani, it was a night full of warmth, flavour, and memories.
