Some FAQ:
AREPITA SLIDERS?
Arepitas are a delicious pan-fried corn bun popular in Latin America and naturally vegan and . Each one is handmade with a nod to the traditional “ ” process, but with a modern and creative twist, resulting in flavourful, crisp on the outside, tender and fluffy on the inside, ready to fill it with your favourite ingredients. means "small " in Spanish.
HOW MANY AREPITAS COULD I HAVE?
As many as you'd like, but depends of the person, usually if you just want a snack, one is ok, but if you are looking for a whole meal, at least three and a side would be fine. Every person is different.
HOW BIG ARE THE AREPITAS ?
We may say that one big regular arepa is equal to three Arepitas, each arepita is 50g approx.
HOW TO FILL OUR AREPITAS?
To enjoy our arepitas, just slice or cut the arepa 3/4 of the way around, spread both sides with butter, leaving a seam on the edge so you can “stuff” it like a pita. Fillings could include everything from cheese, black beans, beef to or even our vegan combinations. You could create your own mix and match.
CAN I REHEAT MY AREPITAS TOMORROW?
Arepitas themselves can be stored for later and reheated in the toaster (the fillings come separately and should be kept in the fridge).
ARE THE AREPITAS GLUTEN FREE?
All our arepitas are gluten free. Please note that all our dishes are prepared in the same kitchen so we cannot guarantee cross contamination hasn't occurred when preparing gluten free dishes.
