Today marks a milestone achievement that I won’t be forgetting anytime soon. With clients that gave me a front row seat to the stratosphere & a taste of the future.

Unicorn 🦄 moves were being made and more moments in time were being captured.

The company we’ve built and the skills I have gained are putting me in and around the most amazing places, people, moments and opportunities - which is true wealth along with my health.

I now feel like my time is my own.
I don’t live to work, I work to live and I’m lucky enough to live through my work & I love it.

They say you don’t work a day in your life when you love what you do & im beginning to feel that im achieving that very feeling.

Witnessing the Rude Rise in real time.

A birthday period I will always remember about turning 37. This one goes out to all my nearest & dearest - family and friends. Wouldn’t be where Iam without you & to for your all your help, reasurrance & guidance.

'A Smile Says All'

As my late grandad used to say

This photo sums up my year to a T. It has been flavour united with heavy sunsets and wild Mediterranean breezes, hustling airports and many baptised aprons, exotic kitchens filled with laughter, long palm tree & infinity pool filled days & late mystic nights followed by oversea road trips to then being greeted with new faces and familiar hugs.

To every client, colleague, friend and family member. Thank you - for your trust, your laughter, your belief, and your appetite for the Rude Food journey.

Feeling incredibly Grateful, Grounded & focused which is a true recipe for plenty more of it to come.

Feeling my future as if it's already here.

Some jobs feel like luck. Some feel like alignment. Some feel like destiny.

This one - a heavy seasoning of all three.

Being invited to cook at @ cabillacornwall was one of those moments in life I'II treasure forever. Here
the space, people and food all spoke the same language.

A-Frame woodland cabins.
Crackling Fires.
Ancient trees whispering bedtime stories
& Slow cooked food, served generously, eaten with gratitude.

I never take it lightly when I'm asked to feed people in places like this. These spaces hold energy. They ask for care, presence, intention, stillness and a good pinch of love.

This is the kind of cooking I'm most grateful for - quiet, honest, rooted in its place. Food that supports the work being done around it.
Acting Local. Thinking Global.

Feeling very lucky to do what I do and to do it in places that feel this alive. Iv worked so unbelievably hard to get to where lam and this was a silent nod to the soul from something beyond myself.
