We have been keeping this secret for too long. We are officially open at . This time Jou Jou's Bites will bring you something new and different. It's FRIED CHICKEN with Asian inspired sauces - Honey Butter Mustard / Sticky Gochujang / Sweet and Sour Orange.

Open from Tuesday to Sunday 12-11pm. Looking forward to seeing you all.

Position:

Kitchen Mananger / Chef

Benefits: Training; Staff lunch

Working location: Corner Corner, Canada Water, SE16 7LL

Start Time: Mid March

Job Description:

• You will lead a team while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

• Your core skills in culinary arts, hospitality, and leadership will be essential in maintaining food quality and safety standards.

• Weekend & weekday shift Availability

• Serve food and delivery quality customer service

• Health and safety training via online provider

• Kitchen and serving area cleaning

• You will have 35-45 hours work per week

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

• Manage kitchen operations.

• Hygiene Oversight: Ensure our workspace is clean and hygienic, creating a safe environment for both staff and customers.

• Teamwork: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, where everyone works together towards common goals.

• Thriving Under Pressure: Stay calm and focused during busy periods, delivering top-notch service even when the pace picks up.

• Previous or in a similar role is preferred but not required

• Basic Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures. We will provide the training course.

• Time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Tomorrow we will trade at with , launching our new rice bowl menu. 🤩

Also, tomorrow is the day we launch our 'Winter Warmer' campaign. We will present our 'Sesame Oil Chicken Soup' - The Taiwanese national winter comfort dish.

For every Winter Warmer special dish that you devour, will donate £1 to an impact partner.

Foodies, are you ready for this weekend. Jou Jou's Bites will be popping up in BOSTON MANOR BEER FESTIVAL. Calling for all of the beer lovers. There are more than 10 breweries and pub owners will join us. Can't wait to see you all, bring your family and friends together, enjoy the summer, beer, live music and of course tasty Taiwanese street food with us. BBQ sandwich with peanut butter / Slow cooked pork belly bao bun / Spicy chicken sandwich. Weekend plan, SORTED!🤩🥳🐷🍻
