EATS Club One is a series of popup restaurants; the other an urban farming initiative. Both seek to revolutionise how we eat and what we eat in London.

Both are lovingly and thoughtfully run by a London-based British and Swedish couple, Dylan Lowe and Sara Löfgren. When combined, EATS Club & Nils Farm is a culinary revolution to a better understanding of how and what we eat, from farm to table. wn home. The menus and dishes are conceived as 'edible stories' – guests are invited to a multi-sensory immersion of Dylan's narratives of his encounters and inspirations from around the world as a travel and food writer. NILS FARM: Even before they have found the ideal location for the cycles of sowing, mulching, watering and harvesting, Sara and Dylan have already given their London garden farm a name: Nils, after Sara's Norwegian ivy. It's a start, because their quest of creating a flourishing farm from a London back garden plot has only just begun: from finding the right spot to then maintaining productivity with organic farming techniques and heirloom seeds. Follow their journey as they discover what it'll take to go self-sustained to a certain extent, and how important it is for us consumers to help practise and preserve the knowledge of trading with nature for our food.
