COS YOU’RE HOT THEN YOU’RE COLD 🔥🥶🧖‍♀️

Something that we and Community Sauna Baths CIC have in common! 🧊🫚

We cycled over a load of Ginger Kicks (our bigger, smoother, more hydrating ginger shot) to stock Hackney fridges. When you buy a can, all of the proceeds go to Social Prescribing, getting free sauna sessions for those that need it most 🆓🙌

Big love from your friendly neighbourhood ginger b**r people, The Root Co. | B Corp™️ 🙋‍♀️💛

What is Social Prescribing?
Community Sauna Baths Social Prescribing and Community Outreach programmes provide free sauna access for those who need it most. Referred individuals receive 10 free sessions, while weekly outreach work supports marginalised groups through partnerships with over 15 organisations.

In 2025...
Community Sauna Baths gave 5,750 free sauna sessions to socially prescribed referrals and 3,120 people attended free community group sauna sessions.

KEW THE MUSIC 🥁🕺🎺

2021: Scott, Daisy & Ella try out one of Will’s homebrew batches in Kew Gardens, the day before his first market stall in N1 🫚🍻

2026: Five years later, Will returns to find Kew Gardens now stock the ginger b**r in their main shop 😯🙌

One of those little, full-circle moments that feels like progress. In a really, REALLY short timeframe 🤔⌛️

4 ENTRIES 4 MEDALS 🥈🤘🫚

Not sure if anyone remembers last year when we won GOLD at the UK Soft Drinks Awards? 🍻🏅

Well we thought we’d enter the 2026 edition too. And whilst lightning didn’t strike twice, we were awarded for each of our entries with a silver medal 🎉 🙌

OG and Passion Fruit flying the flag for the Root Co. range against giants like San Pelly, Tango and more 💪🌟

HOLLIES x THE ROOT CO. 🤝🔥🫚

What better way to spend a weekend than in in Cheshire? 🥕🌲

We introduced our healthy, clean-ingredient ginger b**r to over 200 customers while they shopped for local produce, deli meats and delicious treats 🌽🧁

The ginger that we cold-press into our drinks all comes from a single farm in Tanzania (a key reason we’re a B Corp), and there was a great response to this sustainability mission 🤘🌍

JUST 5 YEARS OLD 👶👨‍🦱👨‍🦳

WHERE has the time gone? At the end of April we turn 5️⃣ 🤯

…Which is actually quite old for what was once a “cool new startup fresh out Will’s kitchen” 🫚🚀

Thanks to you, our community, for witnessing highs, lows and unsolicited skin-tight costumes with us 🦸‍♂️🤘
