We’ve done our sushi class on Tuesday! Everybody could make own beautiful sushi set. Well done!

Thank you very much for your participation 🍣! We will update you when the next lesson date is fixed 🍣.

We focused to teach them how to make beautiful inside-out rolls and maki roll. They could learn about ingredients and tools, how to make sushi rice, how to make and decorate rolled sushi. The sushi they make were all delicious because they used premium rice and seaweed from Japan, as well as fresh sashimi salmon!

Thank you for coming our Sushi class today! They succeeded in making Uramaki - Inside out roll sushi. They can learn the techniques of rolling sushi and Tasting.

We hosted two sushi class today😊　At first, we enjoyed welcome Japanese green tea and some snack. Making Hosomaki is bit tricky but everybody could make it well.🎉 We introduced some traditional Japanese small dish and Kazari-maki as well‼️It was so tasty and beautiful✨✨✨Thank you so much for everyone who came to our sushi classes.

Kazari Maki Sushi is good for the party food! And, it’s very healthy! not so difficult to make.
What’s ingredients do you think? ....pink rice made of beetroot, cucumber, seafood stick, Japanese omelette. Let’s start to learn sushi making!
