“I’ve spent the last few years working in the wine industry, most recently as a Trade Sales Account Manager at Roberson Wine.
Before that, I worked as a Senior Sommelier at 67 Pall Mall and spent several years at the Michelin-starred Hakkasan restaurants, where I developed my passion for wine and hospitality.
I’m really excited to be joining Jascots and getting to know the great team while continuing to grow my knowledge of the wine trade.”

What were we pouring ?
The Greco Stilema Project (2014)
Mastroberardino Stilèma project, with the first vintage in 2014, presented in an exclusive bottle personally designed by Piero, reflects both craftsmanship and individuality. The wine spends 24 months on its lees, followed by almost a year in barrel, with 10% new oak, creating remarkable depth and elegance.
On the palate, delicate notes of ripe pear and toasted hazelnut unfold with precision, leading to a distinctive saline finish that speaks of its Campanian origins. A wine that balances tradition with modern winemaking, delivering complexity, freshness, and lasting character.
Piero also joined the iconic Lita team for a tasting.
