After months of regional heats, today our finalists take to the kitchen at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the Young Risotto Chef 2026 Grand Final.

We'd like to wish every finalist the very best of luck. Reaching this stage is an incredible achievement, and we can't wait to see the talent, creativity and passion on display.

On Sunday (which was an absolute scorcher) I made a load of arancini for the freezer so while I'm away in Italy working, the family can still have a little homemade love from me.
These are a simple saffron arancini filled with mozzarella and basil. Thank you to my baby Chiara Boo for helping ❤️🇮🇹
Rice was from Riso Gallo
Fried in Filippo Berio UK mild and light oil.
