Meet Luke, a young farmer from the Yorkshire dales and the newest addition to the Freedown Hills Family.

When we visited Luke on the farm, it did take long to see the pride, knowledge and work ethic behind what he is building.

At just 26, he is building a system, with a real focus on soil health, animal welfare, home grown feed and long term sustainability. Luke represents exactly the kind of farming we believe in.

We can't wait to see what the future brings.

Ewan is the talented head chef at , Brighton's first Michelin star restaurant in 50 years. He has also been shortlisted by the National Restaurant Awards in 2026 as Chef To Watch!

We had some special guests down in London this week, all the way from Yorkshire.

Roy Thompson, the farmer behind our Freedown Hills Wagyu, joined us with his wife Sue for a great evening across the city.

We started at where Freedown hills beef was served as yakiniku, before heading over to Ronnie Scott's for some live jazz.

A brilliant night, plenty of laughs, and always good to spend time with the ones who make Freedown Hills possible.

We can't wait to have them back in London again soon!

We are delighted that restaurant of the year have chosen to use Freedown Hills Olive Fed Wagyu on their menu. It’s a wonderful feeling to have our product recognised by the very best in the industry. It’s an even greater honour having the exceptional Mark Birchall - Chef of the Year - select our beef, given that his cuisine is produce led. We are excited to see Freedown Hills feature alongside the wonderful products Moor Hall grows in their beautiful garden. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year - Bring on 2026!
