- We are lucky enough for work with many of our beef suppliers for over 20 years, connecting farmer to consumer

- Developing trusted relationships that result in perfectly sourced and selected bone in beef

- Truely pasture raised regenerative farming, that has a positive environmental impact, whilst bringing a more nutrient dense and rich flavour to the meat

- The beef arrives to us as whole carcasses, our masted butchers divide up the carcasses

- We rotate our stock and age for a minimum of 28 days

- Portion to each customers specific needs, weather that is a rib of beef or cote de boeuf steak
