The forecast is looking surprisingly good this weekend ☀️

Sounds like the perfect excuse to spend a day at Taste of London with some great food and an iced buckwheat tea (obviously)👀

You’ll find us at stall S3 (near Dyson), serving tea, chatting all things buckwheat, and hopefully soaking up a bit of sunshine too!

Come and say hi💛

One of my favourite things about Taste of London? Discovering new brands and flavours I’d never have found otherwise.

If you’re visiting this week, come say hi and try some caffeine-free buckwheat tea 🍵✨ we are at stall S3 near the entrance xx

Ingredients👇

🛒What you need:
•½ cup strong buckwheat tea (1 teabag and 1/2 cup water)
•½ cup whole, semi-skim, or oat milk (for vegan option)
•½ teaspoon maple syrup/agave
Instructions

1️⃣Make your tea using 1 buckwheat teabag and half a cup of boiled water. Let it brew for around 3 min, and save the teabag to use for another cup.
2️⃣Add the milk and maple syrup/agave to a small saucepan and let it boil till some small bubbles form around the outside.
3️⃣Froth the milk with a milk frother (I use a handheld one)
4️⃣Pour your tea into a cup, and gently pour the milk and foam into the centre of the cup.

Enjoy!🍵

We’ll be at TASTE of London next week… and can’t wait to see you there! 🎉

T. Buckwheat Tea invites visitors to discover buckwheat tea, known as “soba-cha” in Japan.

Made from roasted buckwheat seeds, this naturally caffeine-free and gluten-free tea has a smooth, nutty flavour and can be enjoyed hot or iced. 🍵

Guests can stop by for complimentary tastings throughout the festival, and sample both hot and iced brews of our original & peach flavours.

Whether you’re looking for a coffee alternative, an evening wind-down, or simply something new to try, T. Buckwheat Tea offers a tea experience that’s delicious, healthy, and surprisingly different. ✨

Iced buckwheat tea is delicious, refreshing, and hydrating! 💦

You can try it with either the original or peach flavour: go for peach if you prefer something sweeter (without the sugar or extra calories), or original buckwheat tea for its signature smooth & nutty taste!

Did we mention it’s caffeine, gluten, and sugar free? 🧊

*how to make* - either cold brew your tea in the fridge overnight (1 tea bag in a 1 litre jug), or pour hot tea over ice - easy peasy.
