The first part of challenged our venue teams to make beans and pulses the star of the plate across two formats: a sophisticated Chairman’s Dining Room dish and a creative snack food.
 
Huge congratulations to Patrick and Jess from Levy Ireland for stealing the show and claiming the top spot! 🥇 Their winning menu was a masterclass in flavour and texture:

Happy Stop Food Waste Day – celebrating its 10th year in 2026! 🌍🌱

For Levy, which serves millions of guests each year, preventing food waste is always front of mind.
We take a multi‑pronged approach to tackling the issue: measuring food waste daily, and empowering food waste champions and using new dashboards to monitor progress and drive improvement.

Our culinary teams also lead the way. Levy Chef of the Year, Adam Summers, champions a root‑to‑tip philosophy and the use of fermented foods – an ancient technique that preserves ingredients, extends shelf life, and creates distinctive, flavour‑led menus.
