π₯ Garmi Ka Tor: Mazedaar aur Tazgi Se Bharpoor Keri Ka Sharbat! πΏ
Chubhti hui garmi mein agar kuch thanda, khatta-meetha aur refreshing peene ko mil jaye, toh mausam ka maza dugna ho jata hai! Keri (kaccha aam) ka sharbat na sirf garmi ko door bhagata hai, balkay aapko fori taur par tawanai bhi deta hai.
Ghar mein asani se dastyaab ajza jese keri, pudeena, cheeni, kala namak, aur bhunay hue zeere se bani yeh behtareen drink pait ko thandak pohanchati hai aur hazma bhi behtar karti hai. Isay banana intehai asaan hai!
β¨ Khaas Tips:
* Keri ke gude (pulp) ko achi tarah ubaal kar naram kar lein taa ke blend karne mein asani ho.
* Pudeenay ke patte aur kala namak is sharbat ke zaiqay ko char chaand laga dete hain, is liye inhein zaroor shamil karein.
* Chan'na (strain karna) mat bhoolein taa ke aapko ek smooth aur mazedaar sharbat milay.
* Khoob sari baraf daal kar thanda thanda serve karein!
